Candidates must be passionate about jesus and dedicated to nurturing students academically and spiritually, building positive relationships with all stakeholders. Essential requirements include clear communication, fostering collaboration, implementing meaningful instruction, maintaining discipline, and supporting exceptional learners while meeting physical demands like prolonged computer use and campus mobility.
