BCBA- Board Certified Behavior Analyst

The bcba will be responsible for overseeing treatment plans, conducting fbas and skills assessments, reviewing data, and providing coaching and feedback to the registered behavior technician (Rbt) team. They must also document sessions, collaborate with external providers, and ensure services adhere to ethical and payer standards.

Candidates must possess active bcba certification and a master's degree in aba, psychology, education, or a related field, along with strong organizational and communication skills. Reliability, independent work capability, and reliable transportation for in-Home/Community sessions are essential requirements.
