BCBA- Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Responsibilities include completing functional behavior assessments and skills assessments, developing and updating individualized treatment plans, and reviewing data to adjust programming as needed. The role also requires documenting sessions, providing coaching and feedback to registered behavior technicians (Rbts), and collaborating with various external partners.

Candidates must possess active board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) certification and a master's degree in aba, psychology, education, or a related field. Essential qualities include strong communication, organization, follow-Through, and reliable transportation for community sessions, along with a genuine desire to perform meaningful work.
