Individual Intensive Support - Autism Technician (Part-Time)

The technician will provide aba services under supervision, precisely following behavior intervention plans (Bips) to teach skill acquisition and decrease disruptive behaviors in learners diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (Asd). Key duties include methodical data collection and analysis to evaluate intervention efficiency, and maintaining continuous collaboration with supervisors regarding learner progress and challenges.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged, and must pass pre-Employment background checks and obtain kansas state certification for this service. Essential requirements include experience with behaviorally challenged individuals, possessing a valid driver’s license, and the ability to complete specialized training like moab, which involves physical holds and restraint techniques.
