- Our smaller class sizes mean you get more 1:1 time with students and make real classroom connections. You will instruct students in the Ross curriculum, review lesson plans and prepare for class instruction, grade and electronically record assignments, actively promote student retention, support externship activities as applicable, and perform related work as required. Nursing faculty Primary Instructors accurately record grades, successful completion of proficiencies and attendance by entering information in campus management software.
