2026-27 Upper School College Counselor

The college counselor guides upper school students through the entire college exploration and application process, including advising on coursework, testing, list balancing, essay refinement, and writing recommendation letters for graduating seniors. Key duties also involve proactively building relationships with all community members, collaborating with internal staff, developing advising programs, and representing the school to external college admissions offices.

Candidates must possess expertise in college counseling, including knowledge of current admissions processes and trends, along with strong skills in navigating college application platforms. A bachelor's degree is required, with a master's degree preferred, alongside experience in student counseling, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-Paced, diverse educational environment.
