Childcare Assistant Teacher

The main responsibilities include effectively substituting for any position as needed, covering breaks, filling absences, and assuming classroom duties before or after scheduled shifts. Additionally, the assistant teacher must demonstrate patience and kindness with children, parents, and staff while operating as a supportive team player.

Qualified candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and must be able to pass all required background checks. A minimum of 30 days of experience working in a licensed childcare facility is preferred for this role.
