Behavior Technician Childcare Experience Needed

The role involves teaching children and teens with autism new skills, such as communication and sharing, often through play and engaging activities. Responsibilities also include tracking progress, supporting families, and being an active, positive role model during sessions.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and at least one semester of college coursework, along with a minimum of six months of experience working with children, paid or volunteer. A reliable car, driver's license, insurance, and the ability to pass background and health checks are also mandatory.
