Job Summary We are seeking a Behavioral Therapist to join our team! In this role, you will conduct assessments, facilitate group and individual therapies, and create individualized treatment plans. If you are a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) who wants to make a difference in your community and your clients' lives, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals
  • Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
  • Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment goals
  • Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure consistency in treatment approach
  • Support clients in developing and improving social, communication, and daily living skills
  • Maintain a safe and positive therapeutic environment
  • Experience
  • Previous experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities preferred
  • Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
  • Knowledge of behavior management strategies and positive reinforcement techniques
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and implement behavior plans accurately
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
