Lower School Learning & Literacy Specialist

The specialist will coordinate student support for kindergarten through 2nd grade, involving consultation, case management, and direct literacy intervention using a structured, multisensory approach. Key duties include designing and monitoring intervention plans, collaborating with teachers, and communicating progress with families.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in special education, literacy, or a related field, along with a minimum of three years of experience in learning support or intervention instruction. Expertise in early elementary literacy instruction and training in structured literacy programs are strongly preferred.
