Community Prevocational Professional

The primary role involves providing job coaching services and supports to individuals based on their written plans, focusing on promoting prevocational skills aligned with their vocational goals, interests, and skills. Essential functions include utilizing various intervention techniques, ensuring satisfactory job component completion at volunteer activities, and maintaining detailed daily documentation.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma, with an associate’s degree preferred, and one to two years of experience working with the developmentally disabled is preferred. A valid/Acceptable new york state driver’s license is required, and applicants must be authorized to work in the united states.
