Behavior Technician (BT)

The behavior technician will support children with autism spectrum disorder, adhd, and other developmental challenges by implementing evidence-Based aba interventions designed by bcbas to build life skills and reduce challenging behaviors. Responsibilities also include collecting precise behavioral data, maintaining session notes, and collaborating with multidisciplinary team members.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and possess reliable transportation for travel between client homes and the clinic. Passion for working with children is essential, and while rbt certification is preferred, full training and certification cost coverage are provided for new entrants.
