This role supports the training and education of employees in assigned facilities by delivering standardized, competency-Based programs covering orientation, clinical, quality, and customer service topics to promote quality patient care. The educator must develop personnel skills in all chronic kidney disease treatment programs, collaborate on scheduling and implementation, and utilize engaging educational techniques.

Requirements summary

Candidates must possess an associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited school of nursing, along with current appropriate rn state licensure, and a minimum of 1 year of dialysis experience as an rn is preferred or must be attained within 18 months. Successful completion and maintenance of cpr bls certification is mandatory.
