Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians will work directly with clients delivering high-Quality, intensive aba interventions under the supervision of a bcba who develops the treatment plan. Responsibilities include delivering 1:1 direct aba treatment, supporting caregiver training, collecting data, and documenting client records.

Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience working with children, which is highly preferred, and ideally possess or be pursuing a bachelor's degree in psychology, teaching, or a related field. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check are mandatory.
