Assistant Professor - Tenure Track - Ceramics

Faculty members are expected to teach undergraduate courses across all levels of the ceramics curriculum (3/3 load), develop integrated coursework, and mentor students toward academic and professional success. Responsibilities also include maintaining an active creative practice, participating in collaborative departmental initiatives, and providing service to the college.

Candidates must possess an mfa in ceramics or a closely related field, coupled with evidence of professional achievement and ongoing creative research. Essential requirements include proficiency in ceramic processes like moldmaking, handbuilding, slip casting, glazing, and kiln operation, alongside a commitment to inclusive, student-Centered learning.
