Lead Teacher- TX

The lead teacher is responsible for executing daily lesson plans and actively contributing to the creation of a safe, structured, and positive learning environment for children aged 6 weeks to 12 years. This role also requires professional communication with parents and team members while utilizing technology to document and report on child progress.

Minimum requirements include possessing a high school diploma or ged and meeting all state licensing requirements for teaching roles. Candidates must also demonstrate strong organizational and decision-Making skills, the ability to build positive relationships, flexibility, and a commitment to continuous professional growth.
