Assistance Swim Coach

The assistant swim coach will assist the head swim team coach in writing and leading group workouts, helping with participant registration, and maintaining the cleanliness of the aquatics facilities. This role involves offering competitive swimmers opportunities to master swimming technique while running daily practices.

A high school diploma or ged is required, along with one year of swim coaching experience, membership in asca and usa swimming, and current cpr/Aed certification. Candidates must also obtain lifeguard certification within 60 days of hire and meet physical requirements like swimming 25 yards/Meters without stopping.
