Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The registered behavior technician assists in implementing behavior interventions for patients on the specialized needs unit, monitors progress, and communicates behavioral information to the treatment team. This role also involves assisting in family training, assessing program needs, and participating actively in treatment planning based on patient observations.

Candidates must possess rbt certification from the bacb and have a minimum of one year of experience working with individuals who have developmental or intellectual disabilities. The role requires understanding key aba concepts and actively participating in patient care and documentation.
