School-Based Behavioral Health Therapist

The therapist will provide mental health counseling and behavioral health therapy for students, including conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering crisis intervention when necessary. This role involves collaborating closely with school staff, families, and the integrated healthcare team to improve mental health access for children and adolescents.

Applicants must be licensed in virginia as an lcsw or lpc and hold a master's degree in social work, counseling, or a related behavioral health field. Required experience includes providing mental health counseling, eligibility for ftca privileging, and current bls certification, while applicants must not be sanctioned under medicaid or medicare.
