Rabbi

The staff rabbi provides comprehensive jewish spiritual care, acts as a teacher and pastoral presence for residents, families, and associates, and leads worship and holiday observances within the community. This role also involves offering pastoral counseling and supporting residents through illness, transition, and loss while collaborating with the chaplaincy department.

Candidates must possess a minimum of two years of pastoral experience as an ordained rabbi, along with rabbinic ordination from a recognized jewish seminary and a master's degree in a related field. Experience in communal, healthcare, or senior living settings, as well as interfaith environments, is preferred.
