Learning and Development Coordinator

The coordinator will serve as the primary support for the learning management system, managing its operation, launching elearning programs, and tracking completion metrics. They will also be responsible for designing engaging job aids and online tutorials, analyzing learning data, and coordinating high-Impact training workshops.

Candidates should ideally possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in hr, performance technologies, or psychology, along with at least one year of experience in relevant industries or in administering/Designing training content for lms systems. Strong writing, proofreading, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively are essential.
