Core responsibilities
Behavior technicians will work one-On-One with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans designed by a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). This involves using evidence-Based techniques to teach necessary skills and reduce interfering behaviors.

Minimum requirements include being 18+, having a high school diploma or ged, and the ability to pass physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds.
