Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required Experience working with children, especially those with special needs Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation for travel to clients' homes Supervision and Support: Regular in-person supervision and direction sessions with Clinical Supervisor Access to Clinical Supervisor support outside of scheduled direction sessions Access to peer collaboration with other community-based providers Access to resources needed for providing in-home and community-based services Working Conditions: Flexible, part-time scheduling options We provide each home and community-based Technician with a supply kit to ensure they have everything they need in the home and community (health and safety supplies, sanitation supplies, stimuli and materials, and preferred items for clients) Home and Community Screening Process: To ensure the safety and effectiveness of in-home and community-based ABA services, we maintain a thoughtful screening process, including: Initial home environment assessment Safety checklist completion Family interview and orientation Regular reassessments to maintain optimal therapy conditions Benefits and Perks: Accrued vacation pay 40 hours of sick pay Referral bonus program Career development opportunities Mentorship Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience, education, and credentials Schedule: Between Monday and Friday with flexible availability
