Special Needs Swim Instructor

Instruct students aged 4 months to 12 years in swim lessons tailored to their individual physical, cognitive, emotional, and sensory needs using the established curriculum. Responsibilities also include maintaining a safe learning environment, tracking student progress, and communicating effectively with parents or guardians.

Candidates must have prior professional or structured volunteer experience working with children with special needs, such as those with autism, down syndrome, or adhd. Essential attributes include strong patience, calmness, empathy, and the ability to follow safety procedures and lesson plans.
