Kcitpahsuwet Educator - Motahkomikuk

The educator will plan and implement youth engagement activities focused on substance use prevention, suicide prevention, and leadership, emphasizing cultural and traditional knowledge in all programming. Responsibilities include promoting social and emotional skills, collaborating with other educators, and developing outreach strategies for youth both on and off-Reservation.

Candidates need either a university degree or college diploma in a related field plus two years of experience, or four years of relevant experience working with youth. Required qualifications include understanding social/Emotional development, ability to create inclusive programming using trauma-Informed approaches, excellent organizational and communication skills, and experience collaborating with tribal communities.
