Teacher(s) K-8 Grade 2026-2027 School Year

Teachers are required to plan and implement instruction in social studies, science, language arts, health, and mathematics within a blended learning environment, focusing on data-Driven methods and participation in all tap requirements. Key duties also involve creating an engaging learning environment, preparing students for academic achievement, communicating progress to parents, and collaborating with special education staff.

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree or higher with at least 24 credit hours in the content area, and ideally have a passing praxis score or a valid louisiana teaching license. Preferred qualifications include tap experience, core knowledge experience, blended learning experience, or at least two years of successful teaching in an urban environment.
