45am - 5:30pm Monday-Friday

Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Assistant Teacher to support our Infant–PreK classrooms. In this role, you will play an essential part in caring for and nurturing our youngest learners while helping to create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment. Responsibilities include supporting individualized routines such as feeding, diapering, and nap schedules, as well as assisting with age-appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, and early learning development. The ideal candidate has a passion for early childhood education, is attentive to the needs of young children, and works collaboratively with lead teachers to ensure each child feels supported, comfortable, and encouraged to grow.

  • Be dependable – Show up on time daily.
  • Be quick and efficient during tasks – Don’t let your phone or conversations distract you.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • One or more years of related experience or relevant coursework
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate using proper English grammar

  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a wide range of individuals, including, staff and parents
