- This is an in-person role serving children in clinic, homes, daycares, preschools, and community settings.

- Your Work This role allows you to deliver therapy where it matters most, within children’s everyday routines and environments.
- You will: Conduct pediatric evaluations and standardized assessments in homes and community settings Develop functional, individualized treatment plans aligned with daily routines Deliver play-based, evidence-informed therapy in real-life contexts Coach caregivers through practical, hands-on strategies Monitor progress and adjust interventions thoughtfully Maintain timely and compliant documentation Communicate consistently with families and the AAT team to ensure coordinated care You will have the flexibility to structure your schedule while maintaining professional accountability and strong communication with the practice.
