Job description

  • We’re officially launching pickleball and looking for an enthusiastic, reliable coach to help us build something special from the ground up — with real opportunity to grow hours, locations, and leadership as the program expands.
  • Initial launch locations & schedule: 📍 Liberty School – Petaluma (Fridays) 4-6th grade 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM 📍 Flyte Racquet Club (Weekends) Weekend sessions, likely mornings Exact times TBD based on coach availability This starts part-time, but the goal is growth — more hours, more days, and more locations as enrollment increases.

  • What we’re looking for: Pickleball experience (teaching or playing) Comfortable working with kids Positive, energetic, and dependable Excited about growing pickleball in the community Nice to have (or willing to obtain): PPR (Professional Pickleball Registry) Certification Pickleball Certification through the Racquet Sports Professionals Association (RSPA) 👉 While this role is specifically for pickleball, there’s also opportunity to teach tennis and/or golf for candidates who have those skills and want additional hours.

  • Must have reliable transportation as all programs are run at local schools and parks.
