Core responsibilities
The complex rn supports area and school administration by expanding access to care through on-Site clinics and telehealth, establishing safety protocols for infectious disease spread, and coordinating community services for students. This role also involves providing essential health education to school staff, students, and families, integrating clinical practice with promoting student well-Being and academic success.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a bachelor's or equivalent degree in nursing or a health-Related field, along with bls certification and an unrestricted registered nurse license in hawaii, or eligibility to sit for the nclex within 180 days. A minimum of one year of experience in community-Based, school, or pediatric nursing is required, along with proficiency in ehrs and knowledge of hipaa and osha regulations.
