ABA Registered Behavior Technician

The registered behavior technician implements individualized treatment plans directed by a board-Certified behavioral analyst, which includes observing, recording, and reporting on client progress and managing challenging behaviors. Responsibilities also involve assisting clients in acquiring academic and life skills while consistently applying behavioral principles in all interactions.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrate a genuine passion for working with children, coupled with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills. Essential requirements include having a valid driver's license, personal vehicle, auto insurance, and a tablet or laptop for session use, along with the ability to pass a criminal background check.
