We are seeking outstanding candidates to primarily teach in our Online Family Nurse Practitioner program, but will be expected to also teach across the curriculum as appropriate. This non-tenure track position includes didactic and clinical teaching. The preferred applicant will have demonstrated teaching experience at the undergraduate or graduate level.

Specific areas of responsibility will vary according to the faculty member's experience and the teaching needs of the academic programs. The applicant will have an earned doctorate in nursing (DNP or PhD), hold APRN licensure and certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner, and be eligible for RN licensure in the state of Texas.

Salary and rank are commensurate with qualifications. The College of Nursing is fully accredited by the Texas Board of Nursing and the commission on Collegiate Nursing Education.
