Core responsibilities
The peer support specialist participates in a treatment team to provide outreach, engagement, and ongoing support to enrolled youth and families. They utilize personal recovery experiences to guide families and participate in a 24/7 on-Call rotation for crisis services.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree preferred, and at least one year of experience working with youth. Applicants must be 21 or older, possess a valid driver's license, and have the ability to obtain washington state hca certification.
