Assistant Teacher - Float

The assistant teacher will inspire learning by planning and implementing engaging activities across various subjects while ensuring classroom safety, organization, and adherence to all protocols. Responsibilities also include connecting with families through updates and conferences, observing child development, and upholding state licensing compliance.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma/Ged, with a child development associate (Cda) or higher preferred, and must obtain cpr and first aid certifications. Essential requirements include a strong understanding of child development, creativity, excellent communication skills, and the physical ability to manage classroom activities, including lifting up to 40 pounds.
