Learning Management System Specialist II

The lms specialist ii is responsible for the daily administration of the sap successfactors lms, ensuring system functionality, user access, and data accuracy while serving as a technical resource for troubleshooting. This role involves defining system requirements, configuration, updates, maintenance, auditing, and coordinating the implementation of l&d technologies and processes.

A bachelor's degree is required, though equivalent education and/Or experience may be considered, along with a minimum of 3 years of progressive work experience in learning management systems. Candidates must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and proficiency in word and excel.
