Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Sign-On Bonus

The primary responsibilities involve providing aba-Based programming, plans, and services in clinic and home settings, alongside training and supervising new behavior therapists. This role also requires conducting timely intake meetings, assessments, and behavior plans, and working collaboratively with parents and the internal team.

Candidates must be board certified behavior analysts (Bcba), holding a master's degree, and possess excellent communication and self-Awareness skills. They should be self-Motivated, accountable, able to work in a fast-Paced environment, and demonstrate strong organizational and planning abilities.
