School Psychologist

Responsibilities include conducting psychoeducational evaluations, providing mandated counseling and therapy services based on ieps or 504 plans, and developing behavior intervention plans following functional behavior assessments. The role also requires consulting with parents and teachers and participating in various special meetings like iep conferences.

Candidates must possess nys certified school psychologist credentials (Provisional or permanent) or be a licensed psychologist, along with a master's degree in school psychology. A minimum of one year of experience supporting children and families is required, and bilingual proficiency is preferred.
