Ideal candidates should possess a passion for sports and teaching, demonstrating characteristics such as being fun, engaging, punctual, and reliable. Essential abilities include being a great learner who accepts constructive criticism, having confidence in self and policy, and the capacity to build relationships to enforce rules and diffuse tense situations.
