Clinical Nurse Educator - Staffing Resource Pool

The clinical nurse educator designs, implements, and evaluates educational programs to support high-Quality, safe, and patient-Centered care, advancing professional nursing practice through learning facilitation and role competence support. Essential functions include conducting learning needs assessments, developing evidence-Based education plans, implementing interventions, and evaluating effectiveness to refine educational strategies.

A bachelor's degree (Bsn) is required, with a master's degree (Msn) preferred, and an active florida or multi-State rn license is mandatory. Candidates must possess a minimum of three years of recent clinical nursing experience, previous experience as a preceptor, charge nurse, or educator, and hold required certifications like bls, pals, and potentially others based on specialty.
