Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Responsibilities include providing direct client care in 1

1 and group settings by implementing prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and reduction protocols outlined in the client's treatment plan. The role also requires collecting and recording data, assisting with parent training, and ensuring timely documentation is completed.

Candidates must hold and maintain current registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification from the bacb, possess a minimum of a high school diploma or ged, and be at least 18 years old. Additional requirements include having reliable transportation and the physical ability to perform job tasks such as getting on the floor and lifting up to 50lbs.
