Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians will work directly with clients, delivering intensive aba interventions under the supervision of a behavior analyst to increase skills and decrease problem behaviors. Responsibilities also include supporting parent/Caregiver training, collecting data, and documenting client records to monitor progress.

Candidates are preferred to have 1-2 years of experience working with children and ideally be pursuing or have obtained a bachelor's degree in a related field. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check are mandatory requirements.
