About the Role

Join Duly Health and Care’s Physical Rehabilitation team in Elmhurst, with clinicians supporting specialties such as sports medicine, pelvic health, vestibular rehab, and pediatrics. Our clinicians approach rehabilitation care through collaboration, quality time with patients, and clear paths for professional growth. In this role you will: Work alongside experienced PTs, OTs, PTAs, physicians, and advanced practice providers in a collaborative, team-based environment Care for patients in a schedule designed to prioritize quality over volume, including: Monday through Friday - two evenings per week until 7 PM, with last patient scheduled at 6 PM Support, Growth, and Practice Environment: At Duly, our approach to rehabilitation care is built around collaboration, quality time with patients, and clear paths for professional growth. 60-minute evaluations with no double booking / 30-minute follow-up visits Built-in documentation time to support work-life balance Structured mentorship and a robust continuing education platform New Graduate Mentorship Program with live training and expert support Special Interest Groups in areas such as spine, vestibular rehab, sports medicine, pelvic health, pediatrics, and more Clear pathways into leadership, education, and specialty roles Network of 39 clinics and more than 200 PTs and OTs No required marketing or business development responsibilities

Qualifications

Degree of an accredited Physical Therapy curriculum. Certification in Physical Therapy and valid state license to practice including completion of appropriate coursework from an accredited university. Compensation & Benefits: The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $77,000 - $110,000 depending upon the applicant’s qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a sign-on bonus.
