The infant teacher will be responsible for leading and managing the infant classroom to maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment while implementing the l.e.a.p. Curriculum. This role also requires daily communication with parents regarding routines and milestones and collaborating with co-Teachers to ensure consistent care.

Requirements summary

Candidates must possess a minimum of six months of professional childcare experience, although one year is preferred, and a high school diploma or ged is required. An associate degree or higher in early childhood education or a related field is preferred, along with knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices.
