The high dosage tutor provides direct tutoring and instructional support to elementary and middle school students in reading and math, focusing on helping them master grade-Level academic standards in small group settings of up to three students. Essential duties include implementing the intervention curriculum, monitoring student progress through accurate assessment scoring, and maintaining high ethical standards and confidentiality.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have proof of high school graduation or a ged, along with either 48 college semester units, 60 college quarter units, or passing a pre-Employment test. Experience working with young children is preferred, as is the ability to inspire and motivate students.
