Position Overview

The Campus Services Assistant is a student role designed to support the Public Safety department through community outreach and engagement activities. This is not a security officer position and does not involve incident response. Instead, it focuses on fostering a safer, more informed campus environment through education, outreach, and assisting with administrative tasks.

  • Education: Organize and conduct safety awareness programs for students, faculty, and staff. Topics may include first aid and CPR awareness, active shooter and fire safety, the use of the Raven Safe app, and dorm living conditions and cleanliness.
