Core responsibilities
Participants will gain paid work experience by rotating through three dynamic career tracks: Health and wellness, youth development, and member experience and engagement. This involves supporting fitness initiatives, engaging with children in educational settings, and building customer service skills.
Requirements summary
Applicants must be a current high school junior or senior with a minimum gpa of 2.0 and must be eligible to work in the united states. Candidates are also required to complete a minimum of 250 program hours during the 2025–26 cohort.
