Our Workforce Development Program is research-driven and designed to prepare students for success in today’s workforce. Through a combination of career readiness training, hands-on experience, and professional mentorship, participants walk away with valuable skills, meaningful connections, and a stronger sense of confidence in their future.

Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for the YMCA Workforce Development Program, applicants must

  • Be a current high school junior or senior with a minimum GPA of 2.0
  • Be eligible to work in the United States and provide proper documentation
  • Be able to complete a minimum of 200 program hours during the Summer cohort
