Group Fitness Instructor and Coach

The group fitness instructor must deliver entertaining, educational, and fun group fitness classes while promoting fitness and positive self-Esteem in a safe setting. Responsibilities include meeting attendance goals, acting as a fitness resource, maintaining member relationships, and promoting company programs, products, and services.

Candidates need a high school diploma or ged along with at least one year of fitness instructor experience and current cpr/Aed certification. A minimum of one recognized group exercise certification (Nasm, ace, afaa, or aea) is mandatory, along with the physical ability to perform aerobic activity and lift up to 50 pounds routinely.
