College Persistence Advisor

College persistence advisors manage and engage one-On-One with a cohort of approximately 70 scholars remotely and in person, providing advising across personal, academic, and career domains, including case management for basic needs. They are also responsible for leading or supporting workshops and programming for scholars on various success topics.

A master's degree is required, preferably in social work, counseling, or a related field, along with 2-3 years of graduate school field placement or work experience in education or a related field. Prior experience working directly with high school and college students is a mandatory requirement.
