Core responsibilities
The primary responsibility is to deliver direct applied behavior analysis (Aba) services to assigned clients with fidelity, working with clients aged 2-21 through play-Based learning, community support, and structured teaching as directed by the supervisor. Essential duties include implementing 1:1 aba programming, accurately collecting data, preparing materials, attending team meetings, and maintaining scheduled billable hours.
Requirements summary
A bachelor's degree and relevant experience are preferred, and the candidate must obtain rbt certification within six months of employment. Candidates must also align with the reformed perspective and mission of dordt university, express an active christian commitment, and agree with the university's policies on sexuality and gender identity.
