As a Preschool Teacher, you will

• Be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children aged 2s and 3s.
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum using our fun and engaging characters, making TLE a place where learning is fun!
• Build relationships with families and colleagues, creating a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through various avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.

Do You Have

• A genuine passion for the education and care of children?
• Atleast 1+ year of professional teaching experience in a childcare facility and caring for toddler age group (required)? 2 years of experience is preferred.
• CPR and first aid certification?
• Ability to meet any of these state/local childcare licensing requirement?
• CDA
• Credential: A current Child Development Associate (CDA) credential from the Council for Professional Recognition is a common requirement.
• Associate's
• Degree: An Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development is another option.
• Technical
• Certificates/Diplomas: A Technical College Diploma (TCD) or Technical Certificate of Credit (TCC) in Early Childhood Education or Child Development also meets the requirement.
• Bachelor's
• Degree: A Bachelor's degree, especially in Early Childhood Education, is another acceptable qualification.
• Other
• Credentials: In some cases, 25 quarter hours or 15 semester hours from an accredited college or university in Early Childhood Education or Child Development may be accepted.
